Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping
All our prices include the cost of shipping. We aim to dispatch the order as quickly as possible from the date of order. If there are likely to be any delays we will contact you to advise of this before accepting your order.
During busy periods if only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to confirm whether you would like part of the order shipped now and the remainder when the item is in stock or whether you would like everything shipped together, you decide!
Returns
Our return policy, if the item is unused undamaged and still in it's original packaging we will refund the cost of your item on receipt of the item back at our office.
It is always advisable to contact us before returning a product as we will advise on the best way to return the item. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to us but not received if no postage guarantee is obtained. For hygiene reasons jewellery should be unworn - if it is found to be otherwise then we reserve the right to withold refund this does not affect your statuatory rights.
