Shipping
All our prices include the cost of shipping. We aim to dispatch the order as quickly as possible from the date of order. If there are likely to be any delays we will contact you to advise of this before accepting your order.
During busy periods if only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to confirm whether you would like part of the order shipped now and the remainder when the item is in stock or whether you would like everything shipped together, you decide!
Returns
Our return policy, if the item is unused undamaged and still in it's original packaging we will refund the cost of your item on receipt of the item back at our office.
Because our prices are so low and we bear the cost of shipping the item we charge a re-stock fee for returned items which will be deducted from your refund. We cannot refund your postage costs*. (See the table below for re-stock charges)

* If the item is being returned due to an error on our part then we will of course refund reasonable postage costs and waive our re-stock charge
